My nails normally grow super slow. This summer, my nails have been growing sooo fast, yet summer has barley even started. Here are the only things that have helped me...

this is from last summer. one months worth of nail growth. this is because I was using a very expensive nail strengthener called OPI Nail Envy. I am using a different, less known strengthener now, and its a whole lot cheaper.

 I am in the sun a lot now because I work outside as a cart pusher. I also take kids gummy vitamins. I take 2 of them a day. the strengthener I use is pro fx 3 in one. it costs 4 dollars at walmart and comes in a huge bottle. Good luck on your nail growth!
